Orange and Berry Smoothie

Blend together 2 oranges that have been cut into chunks, with the peel and pith removed, with a couple of handfuls of frozen blueberries and strawberries. Once smooth, serve in a glass.

Tropical Smoothie

Throw 1 peeled banana and 1 peeled mango into the blender with the pulp of 3 passion fruits, add 200ml of orange juice, and puree until smooth.

Honey Breakfast Smoothie

After peeling a banana, add it to the blender with one large spoonful of honey. Pour half a pot of plain yoghurt in, and blend then serve.
